Assistant Patient Liaison
Colleen serves as Assistant Patient Liaison for The Institute of Integrative Manual Thearpy, providing support and information to clients throughout their healing process. After witnessing her mother experience significant health benefits with Integrative Manual Therapy techniques beginning in 2000, Colleen and her family now consider Integrative Manual Therapy their primary form of health care.
Originally from CT, Colleen resides in North Carolina with her husband and daughter. In addition to her work as Assistant Patient Liaison, Colleen is the founder and facilitator of "Women Awake!", a group dedicated to the exploration and practice of skills for self-nurture and conscious living. She holds a Master's Degree in Education, has received training in Nonviolent Communication and Focusing, is a Board Member for "One-to-One: Women Coaching Women", and enjoys leading seminars and workshops in the field of compassionate communication.
In her role as Assistant Patient Liaison, Colleen is available to support clients from any IMT location in all aspects of their relationship with The Institute of Integrative Manual Therapy. This includes explaining the benefits of The Institute, offering reassurance and guidance throughout the healing process, troubleshooting client challenges, and helping to resolve issues that may arise during the course of treatment at IIMT. In addition, Colleen assists clients with matters related to travel to IIMT headquarters in CT, e.g. lodging and transportation, and, when necessary, schedules appointments with therapists whose particular expertise matches a client's need.
