Patient Liaison - Mary Farrell

Mary O. Farrell serves as Patient Liaison for The Institute of IMT guiding clients through their healing process. A former nurse, Mary first came to IIMT as a client in 2000 with chronic heart and liver conditions. After decades of traditional medical interventions, she experienced substantial healing results with IMT techniques. Mary's experience with The Institute of IMT led her to become one of our strongest advocates.

Married for over 40 years, Mary has 2 married children and is a proud grandmother. She was born and raised in the same New England town where she currently resides.

In her role as Patient Liaison, Mary is available to support clients from any IMT location in all aspects of their relationship with The Institute of IMT. This includes explaining the benefits of Integrative Manual Therapy, offering reassurance and guidance throughout the healing process, troubleshooting client challenges, and helping to resolve issues that may arise during the course of treatment at IIMT. In addition, Mary assists clients with matters related to travel to IIMT headquarters in CT, e.g. lodging and transportation, and, when necessary, schedules appointments with therapists whose particular expertise matches a client's need.
